- Assess patient's condition and nursing needs; develop and implement nursing care plan to achieve goals.
- Provide and document nursing care including administering medication and performing routine treatments.
- Ensure physician's orders are carried out and equipment is maintained.
- Assist Physician with special tests, procedures and complex treatments.
- Participate in orientation and evaluation of new personnel.
- Provide a full range of patient education to patients and family members.
- Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist with emergency measures for sudden, adverse developments in patients.
- Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate.
- 3 years of directly related experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days.
- RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM.
- Ability to perform heavy physical work.
