What awaits you with us:

You independently take care of all operational HR processes from recruiting to offboarding.
You are also the contact person for managers and employees at the location, advising and supporting them on all personnelrelated issues.
You are also the contact person for our works council. You process inquiries and report to the site management.
You are close to the employees. In addition, you plan and organize all training and development measures for managers and employees.

What you bring with you:

You have a degree in human resources or a comparable education.
With some initial professional experience, you bring experience in topics such as personnel recruitment, personnel controlling, employee needs, personnel administration, and support.
