You support our team as


Production Manager:


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage, and train the production team.
  • Responsible for production scheduling support and execute monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.
  • Establish and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
  • Set & monitor quality standards of products and processes.
  • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
  • Foster and model a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of Manager or Supervisor experience; team lead, group leaders, lead experience not applicable.
  • At least five years of experience in production with manufacturing equipment and procedures.
  • Industrial industry experience, chemical knowledge, and/or technical understanding.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing & Lean Production Systems experience.
  • Have excellent computer skills and familiar with ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other workplace safety regulations.
