- % of Practice: 20% Hematology; 80% Oncology
- Physician in Practice: 3 Physician
- Support Staff: Radiation Oncologists, 2 APPs
- Trauma Level: III
- EMR: Epic
- Duties:
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Orders tests, Orders images, Prescribes
- Administration of Chemotherapy: by Physician
- Other Info:
- Open to H-1B and J-1 Visa
- OR license (or willing to obtain)
- BC/BE in Hematology & Medical Oncology
- BLS
- Clean Record
