Manages the day to day operations of the department of security to maintain a hazard free and secure environment in order to meet agency goals and objectives and ensure that regulatory requirements are met.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 year experience in Security and or Safety required
Ability to comprehend and fulfill requirements related to safety regulations, security procedures and nursing home policies & procedures
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to secure confidential matters
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
