For our
Customer Service team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated
Customer Service Representative - Customer Excellence (m/f/d) at our Dusseldorf location - with a hybrid work model (2-3 days home office) - starting as soon as possible.


#Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the delivery of products to our customers and our sales team
  • Handling order processing and customer correspondence
  • Inventory and consignment warehouse management in collaboration with colleagues from inventory management
  • Checking invoices and monitoring deadlines in cooperation with the Pricing & Tender department and accounting
  • Processing credits and handling returns
  • Sales support for field sales representatives and colleagues in the telesales department
  • Collaboration with marketing, e.g. for product launches or with the quality department

#Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First professional experience
