    The Sales Development Representative candidate will be focused on identifying and generating sales/opportunities by using primarily outbound activities. Our growing team will continue to drive innovative ways to deliver on growth goals. Focusing on new business will be key to the success of the Sales Development Representative role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying potential contacts/opportunities for decision makers looking to engage with software engineering services.
    • Contacting potential contacts/opportunities via phone, email, networking events and social media to qualify, educate about Outcode services and schedule next steps meetings or conversations.
    • Engage in a high-energy, high-motivation team to drive a continuous performance culture.
    • Utilize CRM and sales tools to contribute to data-driven decisions.
    • Participate in weekly meetings and continue to improve your skills via training.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to remain highly motivated and focused.
    • Ability to navigate and prioritize competing needs.
    • Goal-oriented and performance focused track record in previous experience.
    • Valuable team contributor that thrives when winning as a team.
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales.

    Ways to Win:

    • Staying consistent and positive through building initial pipeline.
    • Startup experience and preference.
    • Interest in technology and/or software is a plus.
    • Experience selling to CTO, engineering leaders, entrepreneurs or executives is a plus.
