As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Construction Estimator to join the dynamic team in Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
Utilize industrystandard software and tools to develop detailed cost estimates and proposals.
Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets and schedules.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Up to 4 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial projects.
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with commercial construction practices and regulations in the Houston area is a plus.

Pay:
$80, $95,000.00 per year
