- _This is a Full-time & Remote position_


Job description:


The Program Manager is a critical role within the Center of Excellence (COE) which develops and maintains Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) standards and best practices.

The Program Manager will be accountable for process development, documentation, training, rollout, and process support and quality management and is responsible for the overall management of their assigned program(s) and/or services within COE's development and operations.

A critical element of the Program Manager role will be to coach Project Mangers in Project Delivery excellence. Provides advice, counsel, and insight to PMs and the Business on how to more effectively lead projects to completion. Serves as a champion and advocate for the Project Management Methodology and assist teams with adoption.


Preferred Experience:

8+ years of project/program management experience:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience within healthcare:

3+ years of experience with projects involving technology/IT scope:


  • CAPM/PMP/ACP/PgMP/MSP or equivalent or must be obtained within 1 year of hire

  • For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: _$105,683 to $169,085 Annually_
