Aventura at Assumption Village is looking for a floor tech 9a-5:30p 5 days a weekOTHER JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Performs other duties as required.2. Exhibits ability to work as team member and to contribute to the realization of team goals.3.
Cooperates with other workers as members of the work team in order to effect quality performance on behalf of The Village residents.4.
Demonstrates a genuine interest in the elderly and in geriatric care.5. Exhibits understanding, patience, tact and courtesy when interacting with residents and their families/friends.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.2. Demonstrated ability to read, write and follow written and verbal direction.3. Demonstrated ability to operate power tools, high speed buffer etc.4. Demonstrated good mental and physical health.5. Demonstrated ability and willingness to perform duties inside the facility and outdoors when necessary.6. Demonstrated ability to withstand constant standing and walking, frequent lifting and moving of excess of forty pounds.
