Ansonia Property Management, a highly sophisticated and Illinois-based property management company is seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in St.

Charles.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the grounds clean, walking the property each day, completing service requests submitted by residents, preparing vacant apartment homes for rent, ordering maintenance supplies and scheduling vendors for service.

The position requires an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner with a smile.

This individual will need to communicate in a courteous manner with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly, and have strong organizational skills to prioritize the workload.

Responsibilities include:

• Walk the site daily and ensure grounds are clean.
• Complete service requests from current residents.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new resident moveins.
• Participate in emergency oncall rotation
• Work safe and report violations of community rules to the Community Manager
• Keep maintenance shop organized and order parts as needed in alignment with budget

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week

Experience:

• Plumbing: 2 years (preferred)

Residential Maintenace: 2 years (preferred)

• HVAC: 2 years (required)
