Description

As our Lead Website Designer at Growably, you will be responsible for leading and growing our design department. Your role will involve creating stunning design projects and building a strong team. Together, we will continuously improve and develop our product to deliver the best B2B SaaS websites in the world.

Tasks:

Develop and implement our design department strategy
Build and manage our design team
Provide leadership and guidance to the design department
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
Create visually appealing design concepts and wireframes for websites and landing pages
Prepare work packages and clear creative briefings for designers and freelancers
Coordinate daily design tasks, plan workflow, and manage deadlines
Continuously optimize processes and workflow
Stay up-to-date with design trends, methods, tools, and techniques in the web design industry

Your profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead designer with leadership responsibilities
Professional experience in managing design projects (e.g. freelance collective, team lead)
Excellent communication skills and ability to sell designs
