    $90,000 - $110,000 per year

    Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Insurance Defense.

    This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of attorneys in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including workers' compensation defense. This position offers a high level of responsibility, client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases

    Responsibilities:
    As a Permanent Associate Attorney | Insurance Defense, you will be expected to:


    • Manage a caseload involving insurance defense matters, from inception through resolution.
    • Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims including workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
    • Conduct legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws, regulations, and court decisions.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance defense matters.
    Job Details

    Qualifications:
    To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:


    • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active Bar Admissions in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
    • A minimum of two years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on workers' compensation defense.
    • In-depth knowledge of insurance law and workers' compensation defense.
    • Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
