About the Role


Reporting to the Partnership Director, the Partnership Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and management of revenue for CPLG's 3rd party representations.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for partnerships, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to the success of globally recognized brands.


  • Assist in the execution of strategic plans, working closely with the regional commercial team for each individual IP
  • Ensure all brand materials are current for commercial teams to actively pitch, while outlining and understanding key tentpole moments for each IP
  • Support in ensuring revenue forecasts are aligned and on track through monitoring the financial performance of brands
  • Provide basic financial analysis and forecasting to Licensors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Licensors as directed
  • Respond to daytoday Licensor requests for information, including sales updates, marketing, and retail plans
  • Support and coordinate key deliverables to Licensors
  • Understand local territory needs, issues, and opportunities, working collaboratively with Licensors to execute agreed strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to market advantage for Licensors
  • React thoughtfully and efficiently to unplanned opportunities
  • Assist in coordinating Global Halo projects & collaborations, including PR, retail activation, and marketing

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably within licensing, toys, apparel, or FMCG
  • Exposure to working with retailers through marketing initiatives, with an understanding of buyer and/or DTR dynamics
  • Creative thinking to contribute unique and innovative ideas to partnership opportunities
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate within a complex structure
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
