- Provide excellent customer service via phone, focusing on first-contact resolution
- Responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining assigned accounts
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Effectively negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent loans
- Utilization of probing questions and clear documentation
- Ensuring all demographics submitted on accounts are correct and updated
- Meet collection goals, including delinquency and cash collections
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

- A minimum of two years of collections experience is a requirement for this
