What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Dispatching customer inquiries to the proper person
  • Preparing rental contracts and inspecting rentals with clients before they leave
  • Inspecting rentals with clients when they return
  • Calling clients when tags are in and have clients sign for tags
  • Collecting payment from clients
  • Making sure all rentals are clean and ready for client and sending rentals to the cleanup area
  • Making sure that rental is returned with keys
  • Check service history on rentals and have them serviced when they are due
  • Monitoring and responding to all online chats
  • Scan documents
