Job Title: Department Manager

The Role:
Seeking a Department Manager for our Best Buy location in Rockford, IL. Responsibilities include leading a team to drive sales, providing excellent customer experiences through various channels, and ensuring the showroom operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed all goals and KPIs
- Train, develop, and support the showroom team
- Maintain inventory accuracy and protect company assets
- Execute promotional campaigns and ensure merchandising standards
- Process POS transactions and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales and management experience
- Results-driven and able to meet KPIs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel occasionally
