Job Title: Customer Support Representative at Nivagen Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Job Location: Sacramento, CA

About the Job:

As a Customer Support Representative at MedisourceRx, your role is crucial in office customer service, warehouse operations, and shipping products. You will be the voice of Nivagen, providing exceptional support and service to customers with empathy and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary
Onboard new customers, take orders, and address inquiries with professionalism
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls as required
Ensure timely delivery of orders by overseeing packaging and shipping processes
Assist in labeling, packaging, and shipping tasks as needed
Manage inventory and reorder supplies when necessary
Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
1 year of pharmacy or healthcare-related experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience in customer service and supply chains
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
Wear personal protective equipment when necessary
Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Benefits:

Full-time position
$25.0 to $28.0 per hour
Yearly bonus eligibility
