Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks.

Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall success of our medical practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
  • Obtain and record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures, such as Xrays
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments
  • Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursement
  • Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines

Requirements:


  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding practices
  • Proficiency in performing basic clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with Xray procedures is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
