    Job Overview The B-Helpful Professional is a dynamic and involved individual, acting as a key resource for both customers and colleagues within the store. With a focus on delivering a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, the B-Helpful Professional demonstrates speed, meticulous attention, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit. Their role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for customers by managing an in-store service hub, assisting with BOPS orders, handling returns efficiently, offering tourism guidance, and scheduling in-store services appointments.

    Essential Functions
    • Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience by warmly welcoming and engaging with customers, providing authentic and friendly interactions
    • Embrace and adeptly utilize technology
    • Contribute to the merchandising and operational demands of the position
    Competencies
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • No prior experience needed.
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer and peer groups.
    • Resourceful and quick to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Self-motivated, thrives both independently and as part of a team, and adjusts rapidly to shifting tasks.
    • Able to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Physical Requirements
    • Role involves extended periods of standing/walking within the store or department.
    • Activities may include reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color differentiation.
    • Frequent use of technology like computers and handheld devices, essential for job duties, as well as cash register operation and transaction processing.
    • Regular lifting/moving of items up to 25lbs.
