    Job Overview

    The B-Helpful Professional is a dynamic and proactive role, serving as a key resource for both our customers and associates across the store. To embody our mission of being unparalleled in the retail world, our B-Helpful Professional must exhibit speed, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and team spirit to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. This role involves managing an in-store service hub, ensuring a quick, efficient, and seamless process to assist customers with their Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders (BOPS), handling returns, providing tourism insights, and coordinating appointments for various in-store services.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Create a seamless and delightful in-store experience by warmly greeting and engaging with all customers in a genuine and friendly manner
    • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing and embracing technological tools
    • Participate in the merchandising and operational responsibilities associated with the role
    Key Skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is a must
    • No prior work experience is required
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with diverse customer and peer groups
    • Resourceful and capable of quickly adapting to changing priorities
    • Self-motivated and proactive, excels both independently and as part of a team, and can swiftly adjust to shifting demands and tasks
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a retail setting
    Physical Demands
    • This role involves extended periods of standing and walking around the store or department
    • Activities may include reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and visual color assessment
    • Frequent use of technology, including computers and handheld devices, along with operating a cash register and processing transactions
    • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 25lbs
