HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (M/F/D)

Location: Bremen

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the daytoday operations and oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
This includes individual measures as well as structural change processes
In your role, you will provide advice and support to the management, executives, and employees at all times
You will actively recruit for skilled professionals and executives (m/f/d)
You will ensure a modern and continuously evolving human resources management
Additionally, you will be involved in transformation processes
Lastly, you will be responsible for personnel cost planning and monitoring

Your Profile

You have a successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
You also have extensive professional experience in human resources and in leading employees
You possess proficient knowledge of labor law and ideally have experience with HRworks
You have a handson mentality, customer service orientation, and an empathetic personality that can drive and shape change processes
