YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS OUR CONTROLLER:
In this senior management position, you oversee the continued financial success of Fleet Repair Solutions.

Each day is filled with strategic financial planning sessions, where you analyze data, uncover growth opportunities, and map out the future of our finances.

Collaborating seamlessly with our management team, you integrate financial expertise into every decision, whether it's optimizing cash flow management, strengthening stakeholder relations, or refining budget forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CONTROLLER:

  • This is an inoffice position, not remote.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or another related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Experience as a Controller or senior finance executive in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all matters
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Leadership qualities, including team management, coaching, and mentorship abilities
