We are looking for you to join our generalist HR team as an
Interim People Business Partner with a focus on Talent Acquisition

Project Duration and Clients | As an Interim Manager, you will work with us on projects with an average duration of 3-6 months. Our clients are as diverse as the competencies in our team. From Beiersdorf and Zalando to successful startups like Wolt and CoachHub, we work with companies of all sizes.


Project Content | As a People Business Partner, you will support our clients with your generalist knowledge at various levels. In addition to operational focal points, you will primarily focus on HR solutions along the entire employee life cycle and work closely with specialists and managers. Whether actively shaping and optimizing HR processes, advising different stakeholder groups, or supporting and promoting employee development measures - you always act as a generalist professional for our clients.


Types of Projects | Your opportunities with us are diverse. From parental leave and sick leave replacements to scale-up phases, change processes, or restructuring - we work with our clients on a variety of challenges, so each project offers a unique opportunity for you.
