- High School Diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
- A minimum of two years driving experience is preferred.
- Valid CDL with Tanker, Triples/Doubles and HAZMAT endorsement is required.
- CETP Transport Certification (Liquid Propane Driver Only) or ability to obtain.
- Prolonged periods of sitting must be expected.
- Must have the ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions, around moving parts, airborne particles and chemicals.

What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who has experience transporting grain, liquid, dry or NH3 fertilizers, feed and additional commodities, who can follow a schedule set forth by the manager or dispatcher and insure all regulations and requirements including DOT, IFTA, insurance and compliance are maintained for the company. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Professional Drivers will also complete the proper paperwork, log books, daily log sheets, fuel reports, daily maintenance logs and other required reports as required. In addition, Professional Drivers will maintain all trailers and trucks so equipment is ready for transporting, always operate equipment in a safe and prudent manner adhering to all applicable laws established by local, state and federal agencies and be responsible for informing the manager
