**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Follow the safety guidelines and safety programs established by CPI and complete safety reports and required records.
Responsible for grain and agronomy operations.
Responsible for exceptional grain condition, and monthly facility inspections, as by OSHA Inspection standard.
Responsible for all dry or liquid fertilizer and chemical preparation.
Responsible for overseeing loading applicators and tender trucks.
Ability to document, complete, and maintain records not limited to fertilizer and chemical inventory, production maintenance, daily operations, and inventory.
Perform required preventative maintenance of equipment, plant, or rolling stock and submit all reports on time.
Ability to operate forklifts and loaders.
Ability to read blend and field tickets, county road maps, and plat maps.
Dump and receive producers' grain.
Maintain grain inventory moistures and temperatures of silos and tanks.
Responsible for loading and delivering customer products and services that are sold by the location.
**Required Basic Qualifications**
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training.
Ability to lift up to 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands.
Ability to work in dusty conditions, adverse weather conditions, and temperatures. Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, and usually loud noise levels.
Works well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing situations.
Efficient problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to pass required physical, background, and drug test.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Agricultural background.
Grain, fertilizer, or chemical handling experience.
Valid Drivers License or CDL with endorsements preferred.
