We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update customer profiles
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall call center efficiency and customer satisfaction

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle high call volumes effectively
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Knowledge of retail math concepts for processing payments accurately
• Experience in technology sales or related field is an advantage
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and resolve customer concerns
• Proven ability to sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests
