Job Summary
We are seeking Garage Door Technicians/Installers helpers to become a part of our team.

You will assist with the installation and repair of various commercial and residential garage doors, door openers, and loading dock equipment.

Compensation will be based on experience.


Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with the installation and repair of machinery and electronic equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Operate a fork lift and scissor lift
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a clean driving record, we pull driver's abstracts
• Solid mechanical aptitude
• The ability to work independently as well as take instruction from others
• Valid drivers license and the ability to drive a 1 ton box van
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights between 6ft 24ft in scissor lifts or on ladders
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75120lbs
• Previous experience in carpentry, vehicle repairs, heavy equipment installation, or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English

Salary:
$17.00 to $22.00 /hour
