Job Summary:
We are seeking a LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, MSW, MA psychotherapists to join our team. As a trauma focused team member you will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
- Utilize evidencebased practices and therapeutic techniques to support clients' progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in times of distress
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a mental health professional
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic groups
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and best practices
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
is a small group practice providing trauma focused therapy, EMDR DBT, CBT, IFS ACT, MI, MBSR as well as soon to be offered grief, DBT and trauma psycho ed groups.
Also on the horizon with expansion is a plan for comprehensive treatment for the mind and body by offering yoga, sound therapy, reiki, massage, nutrition counseling, acupuncture and meditation.
We offer generous fee for service rate, tuition reimbursement and provide all office support services, supervision, credentials, billing, supplies, furniture, free parking, all utilities, phone and computer system with EHR, al referrals, payroll service, everything but the license and your own liability insurance.
Pay:
$58, $75,000.00 per year
