What You'll Do:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Develop and create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
Collaborate with the food and beverage team to plan special events, banquets, and themed dinners.
Monitor guest feedback and adjust menu offerings and services as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.

We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior kitchen management role is required.
Strong culinary skills and creativity, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Lo que harás:
Supervisar todas las operaciones de la cocina, incluida la preparación de alimentos, la cocción y la presentación.
Desarrollar y crear menús innovadores que reflejen las tendencias culinarias actuales y las preferencias de los huéspedes.
Liderar, asesorar y capacitar al personal de la cocina para garantizar altos estándares de calidad y presentación de los alimentos.
Gestionar el inventario de la cocina, realizar pedidos y controlar costos para maximizar la rentabilidad.
