Customer Care Representative
Smart, Caring, courteous and Responsible Customer Care Representative wanted for full time in a busy office.

KEIL Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative for a full time position. KEIL has been providing comfort to homeowners in Northern New Jersey for over a century. We currently have an opening for a Customer Care Representative with a great attitude, high energy and high motivation.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wonderful office staff that takes care of our established customer base, some of which have been with us for three generations.

We have a fun customer focused environment with friendly, caring co-workers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Input/update customer information into our computer system.
Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule maintenance and service appointments.
Answer incoming telephone calls, schedule and manage customer requests.
Assist customers on the phone and occasionally in person.
Offer customers product and service solutions to solve their comfort problems.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Well organized, thorough and
_detail oriented_ with a take charge attitude
Ability to make fast, accurate and logical decisions without assistance
Ability to follow instructions and to provide instructions to others

Education and Experience:

Associates degree in business or equivalent course work and experience.
12 years' minimum experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel.
