Order Processing (m/f/d) (Sales Assistant, Order Coordinator or similar)

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our order processing team at our locations in Augsburg or Herrenberg, in full-time or part-time positions.

(Sales Assistant, Order Coordinator or similar)

As an order processor, you will enter customer orders into the inventory management system and handle large customer accounts in terms of order processing, delivery dates, and inquiries about orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities in our order processing department:

Entering customer orders into the inventory management system
Managing large customer accounts in terms of order processing, delivery dates, and inquiries about orders and deliveries
Booking incoming goods and shipping deliveries
Operating the telephone switchboard
Managing address and master data
Invoicing and shipping
