We are hiring RN/LPN for Gainesville, FL area.For 5 yr. old male that needs 24- hour care days/nights and weekends we also pay extra for the weekends
You will need the following documentation that is required:
- LPN/RN License *Level 2 AHCA Background Screening
*TB Test ( in the last year)
*CPR Certification (must be in-class certification
- American Heart Association, or Red Cross Accredited)
- Assistance with Self-Administration of Medications CEU
- Communication with Cognitive Impaired Clients CEU
- HIV CEU
- Infection Control CEU
- Reporting Elder Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation CEU
- Resident Rights CEU
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Social Security Card
- Reume
- Reliable Transportation
- Working Smart Phone
Pay:
$ $27.05 per hour
