Your responsibilities:
✓ As the voice of TARGOBANK, you will handle fraud inquiries via phone and in writing
✓ This includes reviewing credit cards, debit cards, and online banking transactions for fraudulent activities
✓ In your work, you will identify suspicious activities and patterns that may indicate fraud
✓ In case of suspicion, you will be responsible for blocking payment
