Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Wholesale Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and other duties.

If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you, plant knowledge is a must.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
• Provide plant knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist with inventory management, includes loading and unloading of plant material.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant material sales is a must
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (additional language skills are an asset)
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
