Position Overview

The Member Solutions Representative will perform collection activities for delinquent loan accounts to resolve credit union delinquency.

The position's essential duties include the following:

Determining the reason for delinquency.
Initiating appropriate follow‐up activity on delinquent accounts.
Establishing an equitable payment arrangement enlisting the cooperation of the member.
Tracking member's compliance with the revised payment schedule.
Providing financial counseling and assistance to members who are experiencing financial difficulties.
Dispersing the workload between the Member Solutions Specialists.
Mailing out collection notices, both certified and noncertified.
Initiating skip tracing or other resources to acquire information needed to establish contact or successful repossessions.
Posting payments directly to accounts with no error.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required.
