NPD (New Product Development) – Feasibility study, Feasibility Provider, Proto-Pre series development of parts, Co-coordinating & supporting with various agencies to achieve scheduled target, MBOM Creation & Change Matrix
Green field Project
BOM Validation.
Installation & Commissioning
New MHE/Machinery Procurement & Installation
Capex Project Handle End to End.
To Define MBOM Creation, Routing Production Version in SAP.
Design and Development of jig, fixtures & templates for Productivity & quality improvements.
To Prepare Standard Work Instructions (SOP) for various manufacturing processes of Fabrication & Assembly.
Time study - To define standard Cycle time for the fabrication & Assembly parts. Productivity improvements by process improvements, Cycle time reduction, identifying &
Reduction/Elimination
of NVA.
Product Quality improvement by improvising process through continuous improvements using Lean tools – 5S, Kaizen, VA-NVA study, Poka-yoke, OPL etc.
What you bring
In depth knowledge of planning and scheduling process.
High level of mathematical skills.
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on experience in ERPs.
Education Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Production Engineering from a reputed University.
