Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using electronic tracking systems.
  • Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.

Receiving and Inspection:


  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect items for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to appropriate personnel.

Quality Control:


  • Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet the established standards.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and returns.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with warehouse team members, logistics personnel, and other departments to streamline inventory processes.

Qualifications:

-
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Knowledge of inventory control best practices and warehouse safety protocols.
