How Will You Make a Difference?
- Complete assigned copy, scanning, printing and binding projects
- Respond promptly to all requests from Transfers and New Matters. Locate, log and ship files, or renumber as directed
- Provide front desk coverage for breaks, days off, etc. as needed
- Collect and coordinate materials for shredding, ordering service if necessary, and obtain and log Certificates of Destruction
- Provide hospitality for break rooms and conference rooms ensuring snacks, coffee, water, and office supplies are stocked
- Ensure conference rooms are set up with IT equipment and connections
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments for the office
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Experience working in a professional office setting in an administrative, clerical or receptionist capacity preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
- Ability to work well within a teamoriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships
- Ability to work with significant attention to detail
- Ability to be agile
- Ability to work in our DC, 5 days per week, is required
