Being part of Inhouse Mobility in Edinburgh means being part of something big.

We want to shape the future of global mobility and, as a rapidly growing provider of global relocation, immigration, and moving services, we are looking to develop our company together with ambitious and forward-thinking individuals.

Our international team is represented in cities such as Bucharest, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.


We support both international and national small to large companies: from raising cultural awareness to assisting with housing searches and transporting and storing personal belongings during a move.

We also provide support with EU registrations and visa and work permit procedures for employees being deployed worldwide.

Your tasks will include coordinating moves to and from Germany, as well as moves between two third countries.

As a Global Move Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and movers, coordinating and supporting all aspects of relocation management at the HR level.


Your responsibilities:


  • Developing optimal work processes and coordination
  • Planning and coordinating work processes
  • Developing planning concepts, including discussing them with superiors and implementing them after approval
  • Developing relocation concepts
  • Quality management

Other responsibilities:


  • Accepting orders and coordinating site visits for inventory
  • Planning moves, coordinating with the traveler, handling customs, and managing the entire logistics process
  • Preparing all necessary documentation, such as work papers, insurance documents, customs documents, etc.
  • Calculating and creating quotes
  • Coordinating moves by air, sea, or land
