    SUPERINTENDENT

    The SUPERINTENDENT role is to provide overall administrative and technical management at construction project

    ONE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION specializes in commercial and Public Work

    We are looking to hire a full-time site superintendent to manage the project including subcontractors and suppliers. Other responsibilities include administration of Job and jobsite safety program, quality management, and overall schedule supervision and coordination.

    Successful Candidates:

    Minimum 5 years experience as a superintendent in construction industry

    Massachusetts CSL (REQUIRED)

    OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)

    Drivers License (REQUIRED)

    Safety standards knowledge and enforcement

    Excellent people management, organizational and communication skills.

    Must be able to read architectural drawings, specifications, clarify discrepancies or missing information.

    Must understand all facets of commercial construction

    Must be able to complete/ oversee projects

    Must be able to fill out all necessary reports and daily worksheets using Procore

    Submit RFI's

    Submit Submittals

    Basic Computer knowledge

    Must be able to lift 80+ lbs

    Must be able to follow company's dress code

    References Required

    Must be able to pass a CORI check
