Introduction:

To expand our project team, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH as soon as possible as

Tasks:

  • Independent inspections, maintenance and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Customer-oriented troubleshooting, as well as proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Accompaniment and support in technical operations for the customer
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)
  • Availability for on-call and emergency services

Your profile:

  • Training as a HVAC systems mechanic / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or comparable qualifications as a career changer
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with initial professional experience, but also open to career starters or technically savvy career changers with a desire for further education
  • German language skills at least at level B2 and a valid driver's license
