- Manage day-to-day accounting functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead month-end and year-end processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Work with auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Keep updated on accounting and tax regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
