- DocuSign Implementation: Lead the implementation of DocuSign for contract management purposes, including system setup, configuration, customization, and integration with existing tools and systems.
- Process Design and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, optimize, and standardize contract lifecycle management processes, leveraging DocuSign functionalities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the DocuSign platform, managing user access, permissions, templates, and other system configurations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of contracts processed through DocuSign, conducting regular audits and quality checks to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from established standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on implementing CLM initiatives.
- Experience with implementing DocuSign CLM software and familiarity with relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
