Insight Global's client in the Biopharma Manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Contract Lifecycle Management Project Manager to sit fully remote for a contract opportunity.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of a DocuSign CLM system, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal contract management across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Sign Implementation:

Lead the implementation of DocuSign for contract management purposes, including system setup, configuration, customization, and integration with existing tools and systems.

• Process Design and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, optimize, and standardize contract lifecycle management processes, leveraging DocuSign functionalities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
• System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the DocuSign platform, managing user access, permissions, templates, and other system configurations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of contracts processed through DocuSign, conducting regular audits and quality checks to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from established standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on implementing CLM initiatives.
• Experience with implementing DocuSign CLM software and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
