Description
We are looking for a motivated and eager HR Assistant in full-time or part-time for a long-term position. This is an attractive and modern company in the automotive supplier industry, located in the 28307 Bremen area, known for its precision and versatility.
Here are your responsibilities
- As you become more familiar with the role, you will take on the responsibility of coordinating personnel service companies
- You will assist with payroll tasks
- Performing administrative tasks in the HR department, such as creating employment contracts, references, and other personnel-related documents
- Organizing onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing documents and coordinating training
- Managing employee data in HR systems, including updating personnel files and recording working hours
- You will also assist with works council hearings and other HR tasks
What you bring to the table
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree and some experience in the HR department
- You have a good command of MS Office
- Knowledge in the area of payroll
- You impress with your communicative and friendly nature
