Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. The Resident Assistant will provide support and assistance to residents in a senior living community.


Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health or behavior
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of healthcare professionals
• Help residents with meal preparation and dining
• Support residents with dementia care and behavior management
• Engage residents in social activities and programs
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure the wellbeing of residents

Requirements:

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of nursing home procedures and protocols
• Ability to lift and move residents when necessary
• Familiarity with systems for documenting resident care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in medication administration is a plus

Hiring all shifts $2/hr weekend differential, $1/hr 3rd shift differential
