- Review and analyze current SAP-powered Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement enterprise applications.
- Provide overall SAP-powered Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement system
- architecture.
- Provide recommendation and guidance in developing a strategic plan to migrate current SAP powered applications to future SAP technologies on a public cloud.
- Advise Department on a pathway of governance for achieving Department program (i.e., GTA and CSP) objectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation of the future system architecture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.
- Minimum of three years of SAP experience: ECC, CRM, BW, NetWeaver Portal, HANA, S/4HANA
- Minimum of three years SAP migration to public cloud experience
- Minimum of three years with business process analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- SAP enterprise architectural design
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Overview:
The duties and obligations are to provide the overall SAP Tax Administration and Child Support Enforcement applications and system architecture (SAP to S/4 HANA). Create and maintain technical documentation of the future system architecture.
