    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative here at NOLA Education will be focused on ensuring we honor our promise to provide our education partners with "Unimaginable Service". Providing support across the operations team, working with technology vendors, collaborating with our education support team, and providing support to our end users will round out the rest of your role responsibilities. This role has a 25% year round travel component. This role will split time between our offices in New Orleans and LaPlace.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as point person for our help desk portal, company phone line, and intercompany support requests.
    • Work with 3rd party vendors for warranty services and replacement of classroom technology..
    • Assist in addressing customer service issues ensuring Unimaginable Service resolutions.
    • Assist end users with technology questions across our full suite of platforms and products.
    • Collaborate interdepartmentally.
    • Provide support to internal and external customers both on-site and virtually.
    • Monitor online requests from teachers and support staff as needed.

    Education/Experience

    An Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required

    Other Skills

    • Ability to work autonomously.
    • Proficiency in Office Suite
    • Innovative, adaptable, and open-minded

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office necessary, familiarity with Google Suite preferred.
    • Personal vehicle ownership required (mileage reimbursement available)
    • Ability to lift materials up to 25 lbs
    • Must undergo a background check and drug screening

    US work authorization is required
