    ADU Sales Expert (Commission-Based)

    Join our team as an ADU Sales Expert, a pivotal role designed for those with a blend of sharp industry insights, exceptional customer service skills, and robust sales acumen. You will lead our clients through the intricate process of designing and purchasing their ideal ADU, from initial concept through to completion. Benefit from pre-qualified leads provided to jumpstart your sales initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads and opportunities, supplemented by company-provided leads.
    • Efficiently manage customer data and interactions using our CRM system.
    • Consistently meet and strive to exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Engage in strategic cold calling and active prospecting.
    • Deliver compelling face-to-face presentations of our ADUs to potential clients.
    • Foster enduring relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
    • Collaborate closely with our design team to customize client solutions.
    • Actively engage with the real estate community to boost business growth.
    • Provide timely follow-ups on leads supplied by headquarters.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales goals.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of proven sales experience.
    • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Availability for weekend work as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
    • Reside within the Tampa Bay Area, Manatee, or Sarasota County.

    Compensation:

    • $60,000 - $150,000 per year, based on performance.
    • Uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities.
    • Benefits include cell phone and travel reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

    Work Schedule:

    • Primarily weekdays, with weekend availability as needed.

    Location:

    • Remote, with no required travel.
